Climate control is a smart choice for electronics, wood furniture, leather goods, photographs, important documents, musical instruments, vinyl records, and anything else you'd hate to lose to mildew or warping. The building is accessed through sliding doors for easy loading.

Absolutely. Our outdoor parking spaces are sized for boats, RVs, trailers, vehicles, and even semi-trucks, with wide driveways for easy maneuvering. We get a lot of boaters who pull their vessels out of Port Lorain, Black River Wharf, or one of the other Lorain harbor marinas for winter and need a secure off-season home. Same goes for RV owners between trips and snowbirds heading south. Outdoor parking is gated, monitored, and easy to pull in and out of.

Security is one of our biggest priorities. The property is fully gated with restricted, code-controlled entry, security cameras run throughout the grounds, the driveways are well-lit, and the climate-controlled building is locked beyond the main gate. You're the only one with access to your unit, and you can come and go on your own personal code without scheduling around staff.
